Received email saying I was permanently suspended
Hello. I made an account in April 2024. I have been researching how tons and getting my inventory ready, basically since my identity theft freaked me out I've been scared to begin a seller's platform/account. So that was only a month and I got an email to the google made id and account Gmail saying you have been permanently suspended for putting other sellers and buyers at a high risk and that Ebay is truly sorry.
What? If I put people at risk then why would Ebay be sorry?
Anyway I never or haven't even used it yet!!!! I had Customer Service tonight in California at 8pm call me. I
I got a younger k8d on the phone with a heavy accent that said yes you put people at risk with account and now all you can use Ebay for is buying.
I said what was done? Because I only just made it but never launched it yet. What did I do.
He said I cannot tell because you could use it to further put Ebay at risk. THEN HE SAID YOU ARE UPSET AND BEFORE THIS BECOMES HEIGHTENED I WILL HAVE TO HANG UP ON YOU NOW.
I GAVE HIM ALL OF MY INFORMATION AT BEGINNING OF CALL! I DONT BELIEVE THIS PERSON WORKED FOR EBAY. I THINK THE EMAIL WAS FAKE AND HE WAS FAKE. This does not sound right, doesn't it?Or does it this is not correct?I should have called during the day.And got a regular representative these after hour.People I think are all fraudulent.I think they're all hackers.However, how does this sound to any of you?Thank you very much if you have an opinion
