Received email an item had a bid, but it wasn't shown in sellers listing

Question

On 10/27 I received an email from eBay that one of my sellers items had a bid. It was the usual your item is going to sell email. The item still had 7 days left. This information was never reflected in my sellers listing for that item. Now the end date has passed and the item auto relisted. I never got an email that the bid was cancelled. I can't find any answers to what the heck happened on this?! Anyone else have this happen? Thank you!
