Received electrolyte poweder with a broken food safe seal. Whats the expectation on refunds?
Hello!
Just go a shipment of electrolyte powder in from Ebay. As I was checking all of these units I got( I got 6) one of them has a clearly broken food safe seal .
The seller gave me a hard time and accused me of trying to scam them . They eventually refunded me for the one unit which I will turn around and support the seller by purchasing another one from them .
My question is:
What should I expect with a scenario like the one I've described above ? Can I expect a refund if such an scenario happens again ?

You should expect the seller to resolve the problem without accusing you of being a scammer.

Yes you can. You have eBay's Money Back Guarantee if you receive an item that is not as described and the seller doesn't resolve the problem.
