Received direct mail from Brand asking for information on me and my products

They've considered strategies like listing items as pre-owned and avoiding brand names in listings to circumvent issues, but are contemplating deleting their eBay account. mudshark61369 suggested that the brand could be part of eBay's Verified Rights Owners (VERO) program and advised listing items as used if they were originally bought from stores and tags were removed.
I received an direct mail from a brand saying they do not allow reselling of products among 3rd party marketplace channels due to their distribution agreements and that I have to be an authorized seller. They also asked that I supply information just so they can identify me and have asked for the source of all my goods. This felt like a nice way of calling me a thief without saying it openly. I've bought this brand's product from thrift stores and smaller online retailers and have been able to make some profit and I feel this is an attempt to stop me from selling their product. I was advised by some that I should list the items as Pre-owned, and not brand new since shoppers might be able to make warranty requests on items not purchased from the brand or a authorized seller directly. I was also advised I should not list the exact name of the product and use more general description terms that eBay provides when listing. Previously, I received an intellectual property violation on a listing due to using one stock photo and have since taken those down, but since receiving this direct mail, I have decided to take all listings down.
Does anyone have any advice on what the best listing practices are so that I am out of this company's radar? I have thought about just deleting the eBay account and creating a new one at another address
I am literally just trying to sell stuff out of my closet to get rid of things and clear space before I move next year.

It sounds like the Brand has signed up for ebay's VErified Rights Owners (VERO) program. It looks like you have several item listed as New, but if you bought them from a store and removed the tags, they should be listed as Used/Pre-owned, even if you never wore them. Brands, cannot have used item listings pulled from ebay. By listing those things as new you are implying that the brand's warranty if there is one is in effect, when only new items sold by an authorized dealer are covered by the Brand's warranty.
