Received different item than advertised
Hello, I purchased a watch set back in the end of April with an assortment of bezels and straps. When I received it, I tried a couple bezels on and checked to make sure nothing was damaged. I was moving at the time so I then had to pack it away. I recently went to change the bezels and noticed that the majority of the bezels do not fit and the Watch face is a different brand. This means it was falsely advertised as a set. I attempted to contact the seller who didn’t even deny that they’d advertised the wrong thing- they just said it was mine now. I also made claims through PayPal and EBay and both denied as it’s been more than 30 days. Does anyone have any advice? It’s not change of mind, it’s because the seller falsely advertised something that now doesn’t work as advertised as the pieces are no longer compatible. I know it’s been over 30 days but I thought they would be able to do more as it was seller’s fault. Any advice?

Mentor1 year agoSorry, but the 30 ebay rule has been around for very long time and PayPal has recently changed theirs to a shorter time as well. Only hope is if you used a credit card through PayPal, which likely still has a 180 day limit.
