Received damaged item seller wants me to cancel the return before they will send a new one should I
Seller wants me to cancel the return request before they will send a replacement item , doesn't sound right to me ?

·2 years agoIf you cancel the return you will have no recourse with the seller other than the ability to leave feedback. You should let the seller know you will cancel the return as soon as you receive the item. If the seller refuses, you should proceed with the return and get a full refund.
