Received damage item and noticed passed the return by date, new with tags intact, what can I do?
I purchased a dress on Feb. 16 and was saving the dress to wear to my daughter's graduation and when I looked at it I noticed that the dress had been cut, maybe when it was originally opened in the store because when I went back and looked at the original detail, I can now see what appears to be the cut in the photos. It was listed as new with tags with no reference to the cut; however, the return by date has passed. What are my options, if any, at this time.

Mentor1 year agoYou are past the eBay money back guaranty time of 30 days from delivery. If the seller will not voluntarily take the return and refund you you would need to go back to your payment source and ask for a charge back.
