Received damage good can't leave feedback
I bought a electrical testing part and the wire was not attached to the spring clamp I requested a refund and was told that I needed to fix it. I tried to leave feedback and I'm unable to it says to contact the seller which I have done several times. I want to return it and now the seller requires that I pay postage and he sent me a broken item what can I do and why is eBay not allowing me to leave feedback. I only buy from 100% rated sellers and I can't leave feedback to help one others of this person's selling practices

OP2 years agoI've got the info for return. Buyer states I pay for it and accuses me of dumpster diving for things I have. Why can't I leave negative review. Continually get told to contact seller.

·2 years agoRespectfully, I think you should be more concerned with getting your refund first.
Feedback is to be left at the end of a transaction… you are not there yet.
You likely cannot leave feedback yet because TRS sellers cannot receive negative or neutral feedback within seven (7) days of item receipt. This is done to give time for sellers/buyers to work out an issues with a transaction.
First, do as instructed above to get your refund.
Once that is complete, then the “wait period†for leaving feedback will have passed. At that time, you can leave CALM and FACTUAL feedback about your experience with the seller.
Be sure to leave out any name calling, accusations, etc., basically anything that would let the seller get your comments removed.
