received broken item
I received a item that was broken. The description said "lightly used".
It also said that if I return an item, I am responsible for the shipping costs.
So far, the seller has only offered me a $5 credit, which I feel doesn't resolve the fact that I now have a broken item that can't be used in any way.
Is there precedent for receiving a full refund? What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED damaged. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
