received Bootleg movie / wouldn't play towards end
How do I contact seller ... my movie (dvd) for some reason is not in my purchase history ...items I purchased before it and after it are there and I saved the original purchase email. The movie came in a sleeve instead of a case that was okay figured it was a bootleg, the problem is about the last 15 minutes or so it was breaking up and the volume would come and go so I was unable to watch the end. I'm not looking to get my money back just a watchable copy, I had misplaced the movie for a few months, where it was in a sleeve it got mixed in with some paperwork so I just tried to watch it a few weeks ago. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone in ebay or the seller. I do have his original email but still no luck. Does anyone have an ebay contact number

If you had misplaced the movie for a few months, then Ebay cannot help you since it is past the 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
