Received an order, customer wants to cancel and eBay won't let me.
I received an order. I printed the USPS shipping slip.
The customer wants to cancel.
It won't let me (vendor) nor the customer cancel as it says the item has shipped.
I did print the USPS, I've since cancelled the shipping. The product is still with me.
I want to refund the customer. I still have the product.
But whenever I try to cancel the order the system says:
"A cancellation already exists.
You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order."
