Received an item that was not authentic. I understand there were no returns, seller is dishonest.
Purchased a Ralph Lauren crested tee shirt, which i have bought 10 or more on ebay thru the year, in size L, always the same perfect fit for me. I received this one which was made of some stretch material , marked size L, could barely get it on, skin tight. This was not an authentic RL tee shirt and I knew it was not returnable. (now I know why) I do not expect my money back , I just want others to know this seller is dishonest. Yes , I wrote this all in his Negative Feedback. Seller is : legendarypicker

Mentor1 year agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If the seller has a No Returns policy, and you state a buyer's remorse reason, the seller can decline the return. If the seller accepts the return, then you pay return shipping.
