Received an item that I did not order

I received an item that I did not order and when I double checked it was not in my purchases. So, I do not know how the seller got my info to send the item. Ebays automated help is no help at all. Just want to make sure that my account has not been hacked. Any thoughts on how to verify? Thanks

Are you waiting for any packages? Perhaps the seller got your package mixed up with another buyers'.
