Received an item I didn't buy.
Received a Lladro figurine in the mail today. Problem is I didn't purchase or pay for it. I have the sender's name and address but don't know how to send seller a message. How do I contact a seller that I didn't buy from on Ebay? Or do I have contact through USPS mail?
