Received an item I did not order. What to do.
I was shipped an item I did not order. I can’t find anywhere what to do about this.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase history. Are there any items that have not yet been delivered? It's possible that the seller may have accidentally switched shipping labels with another order. I suggest using the CONTACT SELLER link and ask the seller if s/he might have sent you the item you received.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

OP11 months agoFound out it was a Walmart item shipped to me by mistake. I took item to Walmart and explained the issue. They checked the credit card number it was charged to. It was not mine so they refunded the original buyer. Thank you for your reply.
