received an inferior product (rancid shea butter)
I received 10 lbs of bulk shea butter from a vendor that previously has shipped a quality product, however this product has an "off smell", didnt smell like typical shea butter. I thought that if I processed it into a small batch of body balm thta the smell would even out. No, it just got worse and smells nasty and rancid. So I have opened the package and in good faith I proceeded to see if the product was still useable but it's not (unless you are a long Covid sufferer!) Should I expect a full refund? Also, am I really supposed to pay return shipping on 10 lbs of rancid shea butter? I am also willing to ship the vendor the lip balm that I made with it, I just dont think it is right that I have to pay shipping for such an inferior product, especially since the previously product was just fine. TIA for whatever guidance you all may offer!
