Received an incorrect item. How I proceed? I want the correct item of course.
I went back and reviewed my order information and payment and I had ordered and paid correctly.

If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
Typically it is easier to get a refund and then purchase from another seller. If your hold out for a replacement rather than a refund, the seller might be able to stall the process long enough for your money back guarantee to expire before the replacement is due to arrive.
