Received an incorrect item from seller that says No Returns
Purchased expensive Lego Brand STARWARS MILLENIUM Falcon
the item that came was cheap knock off and the seller says No Returns
We submitted return request. What will EBAY do for me ? We selected this seller because they had a very high rating.

The seller’s no return policy does not apply when the wrong item is sent.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
