Received an inappropriate and possibly threatening message from seller after refund
Dear eBay Customer Support,
I recently canceled an order and received a refund through the normal eBay process. However, after the refund, I received the following disturbing message from the seller:
The message is not only poorly written and difficult to understand, but it also feels threatening and accusatory. The seller mentions a USPS employee and provides a phone number, which makes me very uncomfortable. It seems like the seller is trying to pressure or intimidate me even though the cancellation and refund were handled properly through eBay.
I believe this behavior is inappropriate and may violate eBay’s policies regarding communication between buyers and sellers. I would like to formally report this message and request that eBay investigate the seller’s conduct.
Please let me know if you need a screenshot of the message or any additional details.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
ssabj-0
