Received an Empty box with a sorry note and ebay updated the status as Items delivered
I order draper James eye glasses sold by envaio and I just received an empty box with a sorry note, stating that there has been a delay with no estimated time provided. The system has updated the status to delivered for the empty box that was sent to us. I have contacted the seller, but they haven't responded.

Mentor4 months agoYou received something, though: an empty box. Return that if the seller provides for return shipping. If the seller does not provide for return shipping (possibly because the seller knows you have nothing of value to return), then ask eBay to step in and force a refund after three business days.

If you receive an item that does not match the description, even just an empty box, file a "not as described" return within thirty days and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
