Received an email that told me that my order was delivered, but it was not!!!
The picture of proof of delivery was NOT of my house! when I try to contact the seller, there is NO was to do so. eBay has all my info of address, order and item but cannot find this order and said that the tracking number was sent by the seller wrong. Now I cannot get ahold of a live person at eBay and the seller to find out what is going on. I must have ordered as a guest since I don't order on eBay much and now never will again!!! I'm **bleep** off that eBay can sell me something and not back up that I need to talk to a real person to explain what is going on. I will not be using this POS site after this business has been concluded!!!

Mentor5 months agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
