How do I get an item back to a seller (at their/ebay's expense) that I didn't order, nor did I pay for it?

I have the seller's information (name address), but no way to communicate with them.

Another option is the seller can send you a shipping label as a JPG image is eBay messages. If they don't send a label and you have already opened the package then you can keep or donate it. You can only mark an item refused, return to sender if it's not opened.

If you have the original package you received the item, you can put "Return to Sender" and bring it back to the carrier.
