Received a refund that was not requested.
I won an auction and paid through pay pal. There was a shipping delay and the seller offered a partial refund which I informed him was not necessary. I had received 2 notices from eBay asking me to provide feedback which I couldn’t provide because I hadn’t received the package yet.
I contacted the seller again to get the status of the order and never heard back.
The next thing I knew I was issued a refund as well as getting tracking information.
Now I have both the item and the refund.
Can anyone tell me how to proceed?
I contacted the seller again and haven’t heard back.
