Received a poor quality item and now getting no response from the seller

I have reached out to the seller about a poor quality item that after a a couple uses fell apart ..I have requested replacement parts and have gotten no response , and do not see any link to complained to e bay

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
