Received a package I didn’t order with a credit card that’s not mine
I received a package with a really inexpensive item: cheap metal earrings that I did not order. At first I thought it was a mistake , that maybe I clicked on something by mistake, and since the item was so inexpensive, I wouldn’t bother to return it, especially since it came all the way from Africa. Last night I received an email from eBay seller asking for a review for the earrings, and that’s when I decided to look at the order. And it definitely was not a mistake. I did NOT order them! The credit card used for the order was a master card, which I never owned in my life, and my first name is spelled wrong.. it’s spelled similar to what my user name is on eBay, not how it really spelled. So it must be a scam. I contacted the seller saying I didn’t order the item, and the response I got back was “ was there a problem with the item? 🙂 “. I tried contacted eBay, but the closest issue to mine is “ payment issue†and there is nowhere to put a description of the issue. Does anyone know how I can report this to eBay?
