RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM EBAY DATED FROM A TRANSACTION ALREADY EXECUTED
sold item on March 1st. received notification that buyer paid. Shipped and Delivered on March 5th.
Yesterday March 29th I received notification from Ebay that the funds from payment willnot be credited to my account, due to "possible " fraud from ""buyer""
This is TOO late. Tried to contact EBAY by phone IMPOSSIBLE>
