Received a item I never ordered or paid for from a seller unknown to me

I received a cd from a eBay seller, I don't know who he is, I never ordered it and never paid for it, I would like to find out how to return his item, I believe it was intended for someone else.

It's possible the seller accidentally switched shipping labels. Is there an item in your Purchase history that you have not yet received? Is there an item number along the top of the shipping label? Is there a return item number near the tracking code at the bottom?
