Received a garment from seller that has been altered (sleeves cut off) so it is not as shown
Ordered a supposedly NWOT dress with 3/4 sleeves (very important!) and the seller had cut them off without letting me know. I now want a refund for this altered unwearable dress. How do I proceed? Seller is not responding to my messages

Mentor3 years agoGo to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
