What have you tried that eBay wouldn’t help with?
When an item arrives not as described, the buyer must open a return for ‘item not as described’. Find the transaction in your purchase history. You have 30 days.
If eBay is no longer an option, you can go through PayPal.
Most credit cards have generous purchase protections for buyers. Check that out as well, if you paid with a CC.
