Mentor3 years agoEmpty package means "not as described" (unless the seller was advertising an empty box in an empty box category).
Be prepared to return what you received at the seller's expense for a full refund. The seller can either refund you directly without a return, or provide a shipping label (if the seller is domestic) or pay for return shipping (overseas) and refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller. If the seller does not cooperate or refund you, ask eBay to step in at the earliest opportunity.
