Received a different item

I recently got a totally different item from what I purchased. I already contacted the seller but he insisted the item was not from him. Is it possible there was a mixup within the Ebay International Hub? How can I resolve this?

File a returns request for Item Not as Described. Mension it was shipped using ebay International Shipping. ebay should then refund your full payment.

Thanks, I am trying to do the return but it says its too early and must wait until 22nd of August.

@ninthplague It sounds like you tried to file a Not Received Refund request.

You need to file a RETURN request. Doesn't match pictures or description.

eBay will refund you if you select wrong item sent OR doesn't match pictures or description.
