Received a damaged package
I received a ripped bag that was taped in several places the box of nails inside was destroyed and the collated Brad nails were all broken into pieces and half of the quantity missing. I contacted seller 3 times and sent pictures verifying the damage and contents. It's been 4 days since first contacting seller. What do I do???

eBay has your back for this, you can file a return claim using the reasons Arrived damaged, include a picture with the return claim (via the item in your Purchase history); and eBay will supply you with a prepaid shipping label. Once the Seller has the items back they will have 2 days to refund you, failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in. The Arrived damage claim overrides a Seller who states that they do not accept returns. No returns does NOT mean no Refunds.
