Received a damaged item
Hello
i received the item damaged from the seller because he didn’t packaging well and when I contacted him he said he will not return or refund the amount and this is a photo of the item , please resolve this problem and refund the amount to my paypal account

The eBay Money Back Guarantee only covers you when you the item is shipped directly to you.
You voided the eBay Money Back Guarantee by using a third party package forwarding company. eBay says this voids their guarantee because there is no way to know if the third party company tampered with the package. This is from the eBay policy page>>>
