Received a counterfeit product
I have ordered a product which turned out to be fake. I can return the product to the seller, however I paid customs costs for it which would be a pretty big headache to reclaim. in general, the whole ordeal is chaotic and cumbersome to manage, and eBay are not reachable as I keep being directed to various articles. What should I do?
