Received a Counterfeit Mafex Spider-Man, Even Though My Order Wasn't Even Mentioned Being Shipped. Now what?
I don't have the return option bc it hasn't officially been sold.

Mentor3 weeks ago@laurebrow-269 You should be able to select return if if there is not a tracking number to indicate shipping. Buyers accidentally file return requests all of the time before an item has even shipped.
My only advice is to contact customer service. Social media will be easiest.

If for some reason eBay does not help then you will need to contact your payment method to file a fraud chargeback. Do NOT contact the payment method until you exhaust all options with eBay as eBay will no longer be able to help you.

OP3 weeks agoOk. Thanks. The shop owner has messaged me, gave me a fake apology, and asked for pictures of the knockoff collectible in question.
Apparently, they've sold knockoffs before.

Did you place the order and does it appear in your Purchase History? Did you receive an Order Confirmation email from Ebay?

OPSep 14, 2026 at 9:58 PMYes. I received no notification that it had shipped, though. I can't access the return option, bc it was never listed as having shipped in the first place. So I'm kind of in a limbo area.
