Received a counterfeit and cannot get a single penny back
I bought an AirPods Pro2 month ago, and received a definitely fake one which is completely different from the statement. What’s more, the day after I placed my order, there was a sentence showed on the app-the item has been removed for a policy violation, which means it’s definitely fake. According to the eBay policy, i thought I was not supposed to ship a counterfeit back, cause it’s illegal to ship a counterfeit. The seller asked eBay to step in and reported that I did not return the item back on time. The result is I cannot get a single penny back and have to keep the fk counterfeit…and I reported that the seller is sucks to eBay, but there is no reply after a whole week, the seller is still running freely on the internet and holding a 100% positive rate….What should I do next, I am so sad with this case

Mentor4 months ago@hu4752 I am sorry that happened. You only have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. eBay can not extend the time limit.
I recommend contacting your payment method and filing a chargeback for an item that is significantly not as described. The seller will also be charged a $20 dispute fee.
