Received a coin that wasn't as described
I received a coin that was cleaned and this was not in the listing. I paid $677+tax for this coin thinking it was extremely perfect. The seller even said in the listing great for grading. I contacted the seller and was informed that he doesn't accept returns unless the item is deemed fake. I replied that would be considered selling counterfeit money, and a crime with the Treasury department. This seller has been in the business for over 20 years, and he didn't know it was a cleaned coin, I find that hard to believe. He knew he was sending me a cleaned coin, and he knew that he didn't have to worry about any return. In My opinion, he posted a perfect coin, put a high price on it, knowing the whole time that he was going to send an inferior coin. He offered to refund $200 , and I keep the cleaned coin, that's only worth $70 dollars. That means he made $500 dollars just to get rid of his junk coin. Not a bad deal for him, but a total rip-off for me, All because of this doesn't accept returns, clause. This guy has been doing this for decades and eBay is providing the platform, and website for him to commit these crimes. I've been trying to get eBay to help me for over three weeks now, and no one has stepped up and made this right. I keep getting the runaround. I tried to contact the seller, but he's blocked me from messaging him. I've told eBay about this matter, and have not heard anything from them. Now I have been robbed by an eBay seller for $700+ with tax for a item that's worth $70 maybe, and eBay won't help me at all.
eBay needs to contact me, and take care of this matter before I file charges for accessory to a felony theft charge for proving the access to victims to fraudulent sellers. It's a crooks dream to be handed endless victims to rob and defraud, and eBay is are the one's that are doing the providing. This is a multi BILLION DOLLAR industry without any oversight. It's just mind blowing. In conclusion, I need help getting My money back from this criminal, and that is exactly what he. Please help me getting my money back from this soon to be, convicted criminal.
