Received a broken item
I bought a set of glasses... one of them was broken and I want to get a partial refund. The seller has not responded to 3 messages. What can I do?

Mentor1 year agoThe seller can opt to give a partial refund instead of paying for a return shipping label for the return. In your messages to the seller did you specify what you want as a partial refund? Did you send photos of the broken glass?
