Received a Broken Casserole Dish

I've been in contact with the seller. They acknowledge the item was received broken. I provided a picture of the broken item. They agree I should receive a refund. This is a first for me. How do I get my refund? Do I need to return the item since it is broken? The item is a Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne casserole dish. It's very nice. I appreciate the help and guidance in this matter.

eBay has a process to request a refund for an item that arrives in a condition that is "not as described".

File a "not as described" return using the "return this item" link your Purchase History, or by starting here:

The seller will have the option to refund you directly or else to pay for return shipping and refund you once the item has been returned.
