Receipt of package I did not order
I received a package I did not order. What should I do? The address is mine, so no delivery mistake. Navigating help is difficult since I did not purchase.

Are you expecting any other eBay orders that you have not yet received? Is it possible that your seller has inadvertently switched labels and sent you the wrong item?

Mentor4 months agoPossibly someone has sent you a gift, or an overseas seller has used your address for a return rather than paying for overseas shipping.
If the item is very inexpensive, it might be part of a brushing scam or a tracking number scam, but you are not the target of the scam, just an innocent bystander.
If it was addressed to you and you did not order it (or anything else), there is probably not much you can do to track it down, and you are not really obligated to try.
