Lost my receipt for item from Oct 2022. Need it for company reimbursement. How do I track that seller to get a copy?

Mentor3 years agoYour seller can't help with this.
Go to your Purchase History (you'll need to adjust the date range at the top of the list of purchases), find the transaction and print the details page, which is your receipt.

Try from a computer. Click the dropdown highlighted in the screenshot below:
You'll be able to view orders for the current plus previous two years.

OP3 years agoDid check purchase history from computer. There is no purchase history at all for 2022. I have my bank stmt saying otherwise. Ebay support can't help either when I called them. I guess I'm just out on this receipt

Mentor3 years agoDid you make a purchase using guest checkout instead of signing into your account? If so, the purchase will not appear in your purchase history. In that case, you'll need to check your emails for your receipt.

OP3 years agoThat is the most likely way this went. Unfortunately I must have deleted it by now from emails. No worries. I really appreciate you taking time to assist me in this.
