Rec'd violation for contacting customer but I never did?
Hi, I just received an email stating I violated Ebay's terms by contacting someone, but I never did! I have never reached out to anyone on Ebay. Customers pay, I ship (through ShipStation) and that's it. I only respond to customers through Ebay if they ask a question and I never send them contact info or anything. So I have no idea what they are referring to and I don't see a way to contact Ebay about this? I feel like I have received this in error. I've been selling on Ebay since 1997 and I've never received a notice like this until just now. How do I contact Ebay about this directly? Thanks in advance.

Mentor3 years agoeBay may send such a message to both buyer and seller if one party tries to send contact information prior to a transaction payment.
