Recalls
Just found out an item I purchased a few months ago has been recalled. How can I contact eBay without going through all the hoops I just went through. Thanks

Mentor3 years agoeBay can’t help after 30 days. You can ask your credit card issuer for assistance - they should be willing to open a dispute if the recall was issued before you made your purchase.
If you just want to alert them to the recall, I would use social media - post a private message on www.facebook.com/ebay or www.twitter.com/ebay
