Recalled product
First of all I'm incredibly frustrated that I can't reach Ebay customer service in any way, either by phone, email or chat. All links just take me to a page with some articles that are useless. I have reached out to the seller but they're not replying. I received an email from Ebay about a recalled product I purchased saying it presents a "serious chemical risk." The "Corrective Action" is "destruction of the product." The items were pendants and I used them in two necklaces that I then sold. I'm about to reach out to my customers to tell them to destroy their necklaces. I'll have to refund their money, $130 and $150. The seller and Ebay sold a dangerous product that I unknowingly sold on to other innocent people. Who is going to refund me for my loss?
