Recalled or Hazardous Item
I have been notified by eBay that a Chinese-manufactured LiPo e-bike battery I purchased on 9/21/2021 "...may have been recalled or pose a safety hazard." and have been advised to stop using the product. The user from whom I purchased this battery is no longer a registered user. What is my recourse? Am I flat out of luck as far as getting a refund is concerned?

Yes, I’m afraid you have no recourse for a refund after 2.5 years.
