Bought an item before Christmas. It was recalled after the time when it could be returned.
Seller isn't responding to messages.
What can I do to get a refund?

The eBay Money Back Guarantee protects your purchases for up to 30 days after delivery. After that deadline has expired, your option is to try to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.
In the meantime, is the manufacturer offering refunds?
