Reason for product return

I hadn't received the item for about a month, so I ended up purchasing it from another seller on eBay. You can verify this by checking the shipping schedule for the purchase. Additionally, the messages exchanged between the seller and me regarding the non-delivery and the return process will confirm the situation.

This is not eBay and we do not have account access nor can we make decisions on your transactions. If you did not file a claim for the first item one day past the original estimated delivery date then you should do that now as long as you are within 30 days of that date.

If you eventually received the item but it was past the 30 day window you would have to pursue a dispute with your funding source to get a refund. If all you did was ship it back to the address ont eh label and not through an eBay claim the Seller is under no obligation to refund you.

We really need more details on that first transaction, otherwise we are guessing to a certain degree as to what you actually mean.
