I have been using Rejuran skincare products for over 3 years and am deeply familiar with the brand's packaging. The item I received (Rejuran Synergy Tone-Up Booster) is completely missing its official "Authenticity Certificate Card," leaving the dedicated holder inside the lid entirely empty. There is also no official hologram seal on the exterior box.
Since this is a high-performance cosmetic product applied directly to the skin, using a product without any verifiable authenticity features poses a severe health and safety risk.
The item is clearly 'Not as Described' and fails to prove its authenticity. I have already contacted the seller, but I am logging this case with eBay to protect my buyer rights. I request a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label if a return is required. Please review the attached photos of the empty certificate holder and the packaging."

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If you received something 30 days or less ago that you feel is not as shown in the listing, you would need to open an Item Not as Described return request on eBay.
If it's been more than 30 days since delivery, you option might be to file a chargeback with your payment company.
They also have deadlines.
