I knew better. Mouse for laptop, wbay said fit, not even close. 4 hours of my life ill never get.

I new better. Just got head gasket for motorcycle, suppose to be metal, but cardboard from ebay.

I had stayed away from ebay, 3 different carb rebuild kits, none correct, just cleaned an reuse old. Three ignition switch before sent one that fit for my Yamaha. 4 gas caps before on fit. Cost me fortune in wsterd time snd money, worse online ever. Walmart 1 million times more reliable. "ask community?" what a lazy ass company has customers talk to eachother? Thats so ridiculously lazy. What a joke.

Once you've had experience with us and them, you may realize that it isn't laziness that sends you here. I believe that eBay mgmt realizes who does a better job with knowledge and recommendations. The only thing that I use Customer Service for, is when the problem requires their going into my account, and then I hold my breath and cross my fingers.

Yet you keep buying cheap carp from China. Remember "Einstein's definition of insanity". Maybe he really said it and maybe not, but he's credited with it.

Ebay doesn't sell anything, the individual sellers that use the Ebay website sell the items.

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee if the item you purchased on Ebay does not match description/photos.

Bologna. Asking other customers is a joke. Lazy, scam to avoid work by those responsible. Let me pay postage to return to rural China. Joke that have to order three times before get right part. Waste of money and time.

If you receive an item that is not as described, you will NOT have to pay to return it under Ebay's Money Back Guarantee. If the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or they will need to refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, you can click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.

Much of your problems could be solved if you do not buy from sellers located in China that sell inferior products.
