REAL EMERGENCY
I bought a ebay card at a grocery store and on the redemption code was missing the last 3 numbers. How can I get my money back?

I recommend you take the card back to the store you bought it from with your receipt. Inform them that they are selling defective or possible counterfeit eBay gift cards as eBay cards ALL have 13 digits. You can even pull up the eBay card checker on your phone to show them>

In the future if you wish to use or give a gift card I recommend the digital ones that can be bought here>
